Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of order.
We ship orders Monday—Friday from our Orkney studio, via Royal Mail collection. All services are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
Take care to enter shipping details accurately as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered parcels or dispatch and shipping delays caused due to incorrect information being provided or omitted.
Please also ensure the delivery address provided is a secure location that cannot be accessed by any others outside your household. Once signed for, we cannot be responsible for delivered items, if they are delivered to unsecured properties or communal mailrooms.
If your purchase is intended as a gift and is being sent directly to another country, please be aware that the recipient will be responsible for any import duties and customs formalities.
N.B. please note that adverse weather conditions may cause minor delays to the shipping times of your order, this can included impeded access to our workplace, postal collections or delays in transit.
