The "Sashiko" Pattern is a field of small 'fin' motifs, which are subtly graded, reducing in density and size towards the centre of the scarf, creating a dipped or faded effect at the tails.
A wider + shorter style than our other large scarves. It can be draped over the shoulders once, or wrapped around + knotted to create a full, oversized look.
Knitted in a 1 ply superfine, reverse jacquard. This construction, in combination with the sparse embroidery-like pattern, creates a quilt-like fabric which is especially delicate to the eye and touch.
Dimensions: 50cm x 180cm / 19.5″ x 71″.
Knitted + hand-finished in Scotland from 100% superfine Lambswool.
