Your order will be dispatched within 1 – 3 days and sent by the following methods:
UK: Sent by Royal Mail’s 1st Class Special Delivery service. This service is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.
REST OF WORLD: Sent by Royal Mail’s Airsure service which is a trackable service. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code.
Our business is based in the Orkney Islands off the North Coast of Scotland. At times when there are adverse weather conditions, it can very rarely at times effect shipping times. If delivery times for your order are to be affected you will be notified of this as soon as possible and allowed to reconsider your purchase for a full refund.
FREE DELIVERY is not applicable to exchanges.
If on rare occasions you are not happy with your order it may be returned for a refund on the cost of the item providing the garment is returned in an unworn and perfect condition without any smells of perfume, cooking or pets.
Refunds on postage cannot be made however.
Your refund will be made by Pay Pal or the same method used to make your purchase.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if the desired item is in stock.
FREE DELIVERY does not apply to any exchanges. A bill will be sent to the customer for postage to be paid before the replaced item can be dispatched.

When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.
